College of the North Atlantic Students in Carbonear Fundraise for Daffodil Place

Students from the College of the North Atlantic in Carbonear are currently enrolled in a two year Community Studies program which prepares students for the challenging roles in community based agencies and as community leaders. This program places an emphasis on improving communities through short term, as well as long term development. Students decided to fundraise for Daffodil Place by holding various activities and events to collect donations. Also, funds were graciously donated by the local Student Council, and the Nape Local. The students raised a total of $935 for the Daffodil Place Campaign.
